350 Member Mark

The Church of Psilomethoxin has officially reached 350 members as of this week!  We are very grateful and honored to have each and every member we have acquired thus far.  We believe this is a good sign of things to come.  We see this as a huge success considering we soft-launched on September 19^th of this year.  Moreover, the Church has not engaged in any widespread marketing.  All our members have come through established networks of reputable entheogen-based spiritual/religious practitioners.  

Moving forward, the Church plans to keep its marketing efforts to a minimum, preferring attraction over promotion.  To this end, we will continue to rely heavily on our members’ personal referrals.  As of now, we have begun issuing every new member a personal referral code.  If you have yet to receive a code, please email us to we may assign you one.

We encourage our members to only refer those people who they believe are a good fit for the Church and its mission.  While we are accepting free-standing applications at this time, we will eventually be solely referral-based.  Our goal is to build a strong global community of aligned entheogen-based spiritual/religious practitioners.  So far, we have received copious amounts of referrals from existing members.  This makes the application-approval process easier, and we want to thank everyone who has referred people thus far.

Starting on November 20, 2022, we will hold our very first Sunday Sacrament Service.  We will begin holding these bi-weekly for some time before we switch to weekly services.  Sunday Sacrament Services will consist of a 15-20 minute guided meditation, a 30-45 minute talk from our pastor Chuck Crisco, and then one hour of community integration based upon the topic of Pastor Chuck’s talk.  In addition to Pastor Chuck, we will be aligning with other religious leaders and scholars to fill our Pastoral Leadership Team.  These individuals will work together to generate inspirational content to deliver at the Sunday Sacrament Services. 

In addition to our Sunday Sacrament Services, the Church will be working tirelessly to create a very robust integration program through the church.  This will consist of both large and small integration groups based upon varying demographics.  As stated above, our community-wide integration group will be held during our Sunday Sacrament Services.  As we have previously stated, integration is an integral part of our spiritual/religious practice here at the Church of Psilomethoxin.  Accordingly, we will be taking it very seriously and hope to provide a top-notch integration program. 

Although group integration sessions will constitute a large part of the Church’s non-sacrament offerings, we will also provide our members with an extensive list of integration providers and coaches who may be consulted for one-on-one integration sessions.  If you or someone you know is a qualified integration provider and would like to work in conjunction with the Church, please send us an email and we will meet with everyone individually to discuss their desired participation in the Church’s integration program. 

Finally, the Church will begin organizing local branches and chapters across the U.S.  Our vision is to create local communities of members who can hold live fellowship events, gatherings, and ceremonies.  If you are interested in helping organize a local group in your area, please feel free to reach out and we will set up a meeting with you to discuss the possibilities.  We are extremely grateful that our community has grown so large so quickly!!!  We expect to continue to bring the same energy moving forward and hope our membership continues to grow by leaps and bounds.  We are all stronger and better together!!!!!
