This Conclave exposes the dangerous myths surrounding high-dose 5-MeO-DMT and the culture of “hero’s dose” bravado. We’ll examine how reckless dosing, ego-driven facilitation, and the mixing of medicines create conditions for trauma, destabilization, and serious physiological risk.
We’ll contrast these harmful practices with what safe, ethical 5-MeO work actually requires: dose literacy, titration, nervous system awareness, and facilitators grounded in humility rather than spectacle.
