Powder Contains powdered mushroom fruiting bodies only- Comes with a 1/8tsp Measuring spoon.
Bar Contains 7g of Sacrament, each square is .7g (700mg) of our Sacrament. Each order is for One (1) Bar.
Squares can be broken into smaller parts for micro-dosing purposes.
